A homeless man was taken into custody, he worked for U.S. intelligence

In Kharkov, Eastern Ukraine locals reported seeing a homeless man camping near the air force university buildings on a permanent basis.
According to several local residents, the homeless man occasionally did unusual things; for instance, he was often seen working on his laptop computer and he used other sophisticated technical devices while panhandling .
Soldiers repeatedly checked the suspicious character, who appeared to have been nervous in the presence of military personnel; also, when he was questioned he used "unusual terms" not expected from a homeless person.
Officers eventually took the man into custody and turned out that he was an American intelligence officer. After his arrest, investigators found the infrastructure map of the air force university and other sensitive information on his laptop.
